Who you are dealing with

Starvling is run by Luca Capone, sole trader, Luxembourg. Postal address on request at hello@starvling.com. These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.

A listing costs $9, once

It buys your product a place on the board as a pixel creature, and nothing else:

• It starts at 100 HP and loses all of it in 48 hours.
• Anyone can feed it once per day, which adds 10 HP, up to 100.
• At 0 HP it dies in public and moves to the graveyard.
• The rules are identical for every listing, including ours.

There is no subscription and nothing renews. It is one payment for one listing.

Rank is not for sale

The leaderboard is ordered by feeds today, then by feeds all time, then by age. That is the whole formula. There is no paid placement, no sponsored row, no boost to buy, and there never will be while this exists. Paying us cannot add a single HP or move you one position.

Resurrection costs $9

If your creature dies you can bring it back at 50 HP, on the same page and the same link. It is the same decay clock afterwards. Discount codes do not apply to resurrections.

You are asking us to start immediately

When you pay, you are asking us to publish your listing straight away and you accept that once it is published the fourteen-day right to change your mind no longer applies. That is the deal: the thing you bought is delivered within seconds.

Refunds: one case

If you pay and your listing never appears within 24 hours, email hello@starvling.com and you get all of it back. That is a broken product and we will not keep your money for it.

There is no refund because a creature died. Dying is the game, and the clock was visible before you paid.

What we will remove without a refund

Listings that are illegal, hateful, adult, or that impersonate a product or person you do not represent. If you spot one, use the report link in the footer. We usually act within a day.

You keep every right to your product, its name and its link. Listing it here gives us permission to show those things on Starvling and on the share cards, nothing more.

No promises about outcomes

We do not promise traffic, feeds, customers, or that your creature survives the night. Starvling is provided as it is. If something here goes wrong and it is our fault, what you can claim back is what you paid us.
